So let me just say this is worth the investment, but keep in mind the sizing is based on smaller kibble bites. We bought the 80 lb vittles vault (at the time it was cheaper than the 50 lb). I'm glad we did. We use it for dog food, and we buy a 50 lb bag at a time. If you're using a food with larger kibble like pedigree, purina, beneful, kibbles and bits, ol roy, etc., then a 50 lb bag will fill the 80 lb container to the top. Now if you're using something with smaller kibble, like Diamond, a 50 lb bag will fill it up about 2\3 of the container.It is very durable, it has a spin on lid that keeps the food fresh and also keeps the dogs from getting into it. We had bought a container from Walmart prior to this and the dogs chewed the lid off. This one, they don't even mess with. It comes with a scoop that measures 1 cup.I definitely recommend this product, just take into consideration the sizing.
